The workshop agreement
Terms of Use
Effective date: January 1, 2025.
Acceptance
By using Treadlio Workshop, you agree to these terms and to use the service lawfully and respectfully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Educational scope
Our courses provide general bicycle maintenance education. Riders remain responsible for following bicycle and component manufacturer guidance, choosing an appropriate working environment, and seeking qualified assistance when a repair is beyond their experience.
Catalog and demonstration cart
Catalog descriptions and prices are presented for this website experience. The current cart is a browser-based demonstration and does not process payment, reserve a place, or create a binding order unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Fallows and local functionality
Fallows and Cart are convenience tools using local browser storage. Clearing browser data, changing devices, or using private browsing may remove their contents.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private submissions, upload harmful material, or misrepresent Treadlio Workshop. We may restrict access when necessary to protect visitors and the service.
Intellectual property
Brand names, lesson text, page design, and original instructional materials belong to Treadlio Workshop or their respective licensors. You may read and use the material for personal learning, but may not republish or sell it without written permission.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every repair outcome will be identical. To the extent permitted by law, Treadlio Workshop is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of general educational content.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the service develops and will show a new effective date. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
